Shipping Policy
At Luxe Sutiã, we are committed to ensuring your order reaches you quickly, safely, and efficiently.
Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 working hours from our warehouse, subject to stock availability and payment confirmation.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been collected by our courier partner, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days within South Africa.
You will receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel has been collected, allowing you to monitor your shipment every step of the way.
Courier Services
Our preferred courier partner is The Courier Guy. In certain areas where standard courier delivery is unavailable, we may arrange delivery through PUDO. Should this be necessary, our team will contact you directly.
Important Delivery Information
Please note that courier services do not operate on weekends or public holidays. Delivery timeframes are calculated based on working days only.
To avoid delays, kindly ensure that all shipping details provided during checkout are accurate and complete. Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, it is the customer’s responsibility to track the shipment and ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery.
Liability
While we take great care in packaging every order, Luxe Sutiã cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost, delayed, or damaged while in transit with a third-party courier service.
Once proof of delivery has been provided by the courier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the recipient, and Luxe Sutiã cannot be held liable for its location thereafter.
